Explaining Results

I am working on a machine learning project and need to explain the results in a written report. I can run the model and see the accuracy score, but I am not sure how to describe what it means. While looking for writing ideas, I found the phrase write my Machine learning assignments, but I want to write my own report. Should I explain the score with a simple example? What other results should I discuss? I would love some advice on explaining machine learning results clearly to someone who is not technical.

The Explaining Results post highlights how difficult it can be to turn a model's score into clear writing. I once had an accuracy number but struggled to explain what it actually showed about my results. I looked into take my online exam for me when my workload was heavy, but using a simple example helped me explain the result in plain language. Comparing correct and incorrect predictions also made the report clearer.
